Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://creativemad.pk website and the printing, signage, laser cutting, and related services provided by CreativeMAD.

1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order, requesting a quote, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Quotes and orders

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
• Orders are accepted only after written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or signed quote) from both parties.
• Production begins only after design approval and any required advance payment.
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled without a partial charge to cover materials and labor incurred.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes.
• Standard terms: 50% advance to start production, 50% on delivery / installation.
• Corporate accounts on credit terms: see Corporate Accounts.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and selected card payments.

4. Design files and artwork

• You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images, fonts, or other assets you provide for printing.
• You indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your provided artwork.
• Free design assistance includes basic layout and 1–2 minor revisions. Custom design from scratch is quoted separately.
• We retain copies of your files for 90 days for reprint convenience.

5. Color accuracy

We make every effort to print colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to differences between digital screens (RGB) and printing inks (CMYK), batch variations in materials, and lighting conditions. We will reprint at no cost only if a defect substantially differs from an approved press proof.

6. Turnaround and delivery

• Stated turnaround times are estimates and start after design approval and payment.
• Delays caused by you (late approvals, missing files) extend the timeline.
• For Twin Cities deliveries, we use our own riders or trusted partners. For PK-wide shipping, we use TCS / Leopards / Bikea.
• Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery.

7. Installation services

• Installation quotes assume safe and accessible installation conditions.
• Additional charges may apply for unusual heights, scaffolding, or after-hours work.
• You are responsible for ensuring required permissions (CDA, building owner, RDA, cantonment) are in place.

8. Warranty

• Printed materials: Free reprint within 7 days of delivery for verified production defects.
• Signboards (electronics): 1-year warranty on LED modules and power supplies.
• Signboards (physical): 6 months on framing, mounting, and printing.
• Vehicle wraps: 1 year on adhesive failure and bubbling under normal use.
• Laser-cut items: Material defects only; intentional design choices (char marks on wood, etc.) are not defects.

10. Intellectual property

• The CreativeMAD name, logo, website design, and content are our intellectual property.
• Designs we create from scratch for you are your property after full payment, with the right reserved for us to display them in our portfolio.
• Stock templates and our standard design elements remain ours.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, government action, strikes, civil unrest, or natural disasters.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://creativemad.pk/terms-of-service.
