Refund & Return Policy

Most of our work is custom-produced from your specific designs and approvals. This policy explains when refunds, reprints, or returns apply.
Custom-produced items (most orders)
Once production has begun on a customized order — printed materials, signboards, laser-cut items, vehicle wraps, awards, etc. — the order cannot be returned or refunded simply because you've changed your mind. We have already incurred materials, labor, and machine time.
When we will reprint or refund
We will reprint at no cost or issue a partial/full refund in the following circumstances:
- Production defect: If a verified production defect substantially differs from your approved press proof.
- Wrong specification: If we delivered different specifications (size, material, quantity) than what was approved.
- Damaged in delivery: If items arrive damaged due to our packaging or our delivery handling. (Damage caused by third-party couriers is handled per their claims process.)

What is NOT covered
- Color shifts within normal CMYK reproduction tolerance (~5% variation).
- Subjective dissatisfaction with an approved design.
- Errors in artwork you supplied (typos, wrong logos, misspellings).
- Damage caused after delivery (improper installation, misuse, weather).
- Wear and tear within product lifespan.
Cancellation before production
If production has not yet begun, we will refund the advance payment minus any design or setup fees actually incurred (typically 0–15% of order value).
Cancellation after production has begun
Once production has started, the advance payment is non-refundable. If only partial production has been completed, we may credit a portion against a future order at our discretion.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash). Cash-paid refunds are issued at either branch.
