Flex banner grades

• Shine flex: Glossy, vivid colors. PKR 25/sq ft.
• Matte flex: Non-reflective premium look. PKR 35/sq ft.
• Frontlit flex: Translucent for backlit signs. PKR 45/sq ft.
• Backlit flex: Thicker, lightbox displays. PKR 55/sq ft.
• Mesh flex: Perforated for tall building wraps. PKR 60/sq ft.
• Premium European flex: 2× lifespan outdoors. PKR 75+/sq ft.

Vinyl types

• Calendared vinyl: Cheaper, short-term (1–3 years).
• Cast vinyl: Premium 3M-grade, vehicle wraps (5–7 years).
• Frosted vinyl: Translucent for glass partitions.
• One-way vision vinyl: Perforated, see-through one side.
• Removable vinyl: Short-term promotional, no residue.

Acrylic

• Cast acrylic: Premium clarity, UV-stable, uniform thickness. Best for letters and lit signs.
• Extruded acrylic: Cheaper, slightly less consistent. OK for indoor use.
• Thicknesses: 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 mm.
• Colors: Clear, white, black, frosted, dozens of pigmented colors, mirror, gold/silver.

ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel)

• 3 mm: Standard for shop fascia.
• 4 mm: Premium, more rigid for large facades.
• Finishes: Solid colors, brushed metal, mirror, wood-look, leather-look.
• Lifespan: 10+ years outdoor.

Paper stocks

• 80 GSM: Photocopy, newspapers
• 100 GSM bond: Letterheads
• 130 GSM gloss/matte: Standard flyer/brochure paper
• 170 GSM silk: Premium brochure cover
• 250 GSM: Brochure cover, postcards
• 300 GSM: Standard business card
• 350 GSM: Premium business card
• 400 GSM cotton: Luxury business card

Wood / MDF for laser

• MDF (medium-density fiberboard): 1.5–12 mm. Smooth surface, dark engraved edges.
• Plywood: 3–8 mm. Wood grain visible.
• Sheesham (solid wood): Premium for awards, plaques.

Metals

• Stainless steel: 304-grade for outdoor signage. 1–6 mm.
• Mild steel: Industrial, must be powder-coated for outdoor.
• Brass: Premium nameplates, awards.
• Aluminum: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant.
