Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Twin Cities delivery
For orders within Islamabad and Rawalpindi:
- Pickup from either branch is free.
- Standard delivery via our riders: PKR 300–800 depending on zone and order size.
- Same-day delivery available for orders confirmed before 1 PM (subject to capacity).
- Free delivery for orders above PKR 25,000.
Installation
Signboard, vehicle wrap, and large-format installations are quoted separately based on:
- Site location and access
- Installation height (ground level, 1st floor, etc.)
- Whether scaffolding or specialized equipment is needed
- After-hours requirements
Installation outside the Twin Cities is available on request — quotes include travel and accommodation if required.
Pakistan-wide shipping
For printing and small signage orders shipped outside the Twin Cities:
- TCS Standard: 2–4 working days, from PKR 350.
- Leopards: 2–4 working days, from PKR 300.
- Bikea (selected zones): same-day or next-day, varies by city.
Shipping is added at quote stage based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Lead times
Production lead times are listed on each service page. Shipping is added on top:
- Standard printing (business cards, flyers): 1–3 days production + 0–2 days shipping
- Signboards: 5–10 days production + 0–2 days shipping
- Laser cutting: 1–5 days production + 0–2 days shipping
- Vehicle wraps: 2–4 days production + same-day installation
Tracking
For shipped orders, we share the courier tracking number on WhatsApp the same day the package leaves our facility.
Damaged or lost in shipping
- Inspect your package on delivery before signing for it.
- Refuse damaged packages and notify us immediately.
- For lost packages, we file a claim with the courier and either reship or refund based on the outcome.
