How fast is your turnaround? +
Most printing and signage jobs ship in 1–7 working days. Same-day available for business cards, flyers, and stamps when ordered before 1 PM. Large signage and 3D fabrication takes 5–10 days.
Do you deliver across Pakistan? +
Yes. Twin Cities delivery via our riders. PK-wide shipping via TCS, Leopards, and Bikea. Free delivery for larger orders in the Twin Cities.
What are your payment terms? +
Standard: 50% advance to start production, 50% on delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and selected cards. Net-30 credit terms for verified corporate accounts.
Do you provide design assistance? +
Yes — free basic design with most print orders if you provide your logo and content. Custom design (logos, brochures, full identity) is quoted separately.
What's your warranty? +
1-year warranty on LED modules and electronics. 6 months on signboard frames and printing. 1-year warranty on vehicle wraps. 7-day reprint guarantee for verified production defects.
Can you handle bulk / corporate orders? +
Absolutely. We offer volume discounts on 500+ piece orders, bulk signage rollouts (e.g., multi-shop chains), and Net-30 credit terms for verified corporate accounts.
What file formats do you accept? +
PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, INDD. For laser cutting we prefer vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, DXF, CDR. We can vectorize raster images for an additional charge.
Do you handle CDA / cantonment / RDA permissions? +
We can advise on signage regulations and prepare technical specs needed for applications. The final permission paperwork is the property owner's responsibility.
What's the difference between flex and panaflex? +
Both are flexible PVC banner materials. 'Panaflex' is technically a brand name, but in Pakistan they're used interchangeably.
Can I just walk in for a small print job? +
Yes — both branches accept walk-ins during business hours. Small jobs (business cards, flyers, stamps) often ship same-day.
Do you cover both Islamabad and Rawalpindi? +
Yes, equally. Order at either branch and we route production to the right facility — printing/branding work goes to Islamabad, laser/3D/large-format goes to Rawalpindi. Either branch can deliver to either city.
What if I'm outside Pakistan? +
We accept international orders for printing, business cards, awards, and laser-cut items. Shipping is via DHL or TCS International, quoted per order. WhatsApp us with details.
