Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

• Cash (at either branch)
• Bank transfer (Meezan, HBL, UBL — account details shared on quote)
• EasyPaisa
• JazzCash
• Selected debit/credit cards (at the Islamabad branch)

Standard terms

• 50% advance on order confirmation to start production.
• 50% balance on delivery or before installation.
• 100% advance for orders below PKR 5,000 or rush jobs.
• Net-30 credit terms available for verified corporate accounts (see Corporate Accounts).

Quotes and invoicing

Quotes are valid for 30 days. We issue formal tax invoices on request for accounts payable / corporate procurement.

Late payments

Balance payments more than 14 days overdue may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. Production on subsequent orders may be paused until outstanding balances are cleared.
