Cancellation Policy

Before production starts
Cancel any time before we start production with a full refund of your advance, minus any design or setup fees actually incurred (typically 0–15% depending on the work done).
After production starts
Once we've cut materials, started laser jobs, or begun printing, the advance payment is non-refundable. If only partial work has been done, we may credit a portion against a future order at our discretion.
Custom design
Cancellations of custom design work are billed for hours already worked, even if you haven't approved a final design.
Installation cancellation
Cancellations of scheduled installations less than 24 hours in advance are billed at 50% of the installation fee to compensate for blocked installer time.
