Should I laminate my outdoor prints? +
Strongly yes for any outdoor print expected to last more than 3 months. Lamination roughly triples outdoor lifespan and prevents UV fading, scratches, and graffiti damage. Cost is small relative to the protection.
Soft-touch vs matte lamination? +
Both have a non-glossy finish, but soft-touch has a velvety, almost-rubbery tactile feel that's very premium. Matte is just a flat finish. Soft-touch costs about 30% more — worth it for premium business cards, packaging, and brochures.
