The challenge
Patients were getting lost between reception, doctors' rooms, and the lab — and the clinic was getting daily complaints about the disorientation.
Our solution
We did a half-day site walkthrough mapping every wayfinding decision a patient makes, then designed a coordinated system with consistent typography, color-coded floors, and Urdu + English labels.
